Window Cleaning
We make sure your windows look like new! Our estimates for window cleaning include vacuuming and wiping the tracks and washing your screens. We know how to clean just about any kind of window, from temper glass windows, storm windows, pantry windows, French windows, stained glass and skylights. We are not intimidated easily! We also offer new construction window cleaning in which we remove stickers, tape and any accidental overspray and caulking.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is a powerful tool if you want a really noticeable difference! Whether it's on the concrete on your patio, sidewalk, driveway, or canopies and awnings. We'll take off that unattractive green and save you some green at the same time. We remove moss, algae, mildew and leave the surface looking new!
Soft Washing
Although soft washing isn’t a groundbreaking process. The results are undeniable! We use soft washing on house siding, sensitive roofs and even on walkways. By applying a moss killer (main ingredient of which is chlorine) mixed with a surface-specific surfactant (specialized soap) at a low pressure that won’t damage any surface, we keep your home looking as if it was new construction!
Roof Blowout
One of the services which we usually add when gutter cleaning is a roof blowout service. We recommend including this since it further helps the gutters stay debris free. However we do also offer this as a standalone service since some people have gutter guards installed and only wish to remove all the loose debris to help avoid damage to the roof itself.
Gutter Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning work is different. We pay attention to detail, by not only cleaning out the debris inside the gutter, but also checking that the down spout isn't clogged. We also make sure we clean off any dirty water that might have poured over the sides to avoid it staining the face of the gutters. We offer an 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason it clogs up again within the three months after we service it, we'll gladly come back and unclog it again, free of charge!
Roof Cleaning
Avoid costly repairs and annoying leaks, get that debris taken down and the moss completely removed before it does serious damage. We keep the age and type of roof in mind when we offer you our roof cleaning services. We can use low pressure to wash newer stronger roofs and finish the job with a chemical mixture safe for roofs but deadly for moss. We can also manually brush it off for more delicate and older roofs and still give it the same chemical treatment afterwards. Either way, the difference is outstandingly noticeable. Don't believe us? Holidays can be stressful, we can help remove one thing from that holiday to-do checklist. From permanent light installation, to custom lighting and regular old pre-cut and assembled holiday light installation. We do it all.
Moss Killer Application
After finishing up some soft washing or roof cleaning, we usually recommend applying some kind of moss killer to keep the moss off your roof for a while ever after we service it. Regardless, we also offer it as a standalone service for those that want to give their roof regular maintenance even if we don’t provide any other service.
